Common Ground

The questions that recur.

The answers stand on the same rule as the engagement itself: say exactly where advice ends.

What does a management consultant here actually provide?

Consultation on running the company: structure, delegation and succession. Growth forecasts are not part of it.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

No. Results depend on people and decisions that remain yours; guarantees are the wrong shape for this work.

How are fees arranged?

Fees are quoted in the written proposal, per engagement; no success fees and no revenue share.

Can you handle legal or tax matters?

No. Legal, tax, audit and financial advice need a regulated adviser; the practice says so and points the way.

Anything the list does not cover?

If a question is missing, ask it directly — the office answers every enquiry personally.
